This October for World Mental Health Day we’re relaunching our nationwide #WorkItOut Campaign 💪 — with fitness professionals across the UK hosting classes / events to support Survivors Of aBuse.

This year will include prizes, recognition, and a brand-new toolkit to make it easier than ever to join in.

👉 We’ll also be hosting our very own WorkItOut-athon — a sponsored workout marathon where every squat, spin and stretch raises funds for survivors 💙.
