Breaking The Cycle™

Our mission is to empower adult victims and survivors, helping them to transform their lives and reach their full potential holistically through changes in mindset, nutrition, fitness and stress management.

Welcome to S.O.B – you’re probably on this site because YOU or someone you care about was abused in childhood. Often the trauma experience as a result of adverse childhood experiences leaves a lasting impact on our mental and physical heath.  We know that childhood abuse leaves deep wounds, feelings of shame, and unsupportive behaviours that block happiness, steal your joy, health and wellbeing.

You’ve come to the right place. We’re here to support you with resources and tools to help in your recovery to lead a happy and fulfilled life. A life that you deserve.

We are a small charity with a big heart dedicated to the needs of adult Survivors. S.O.B was founded by Chris Tuck, herself a survivor. Following a break down after the birth of her first child and her subsequent road to recovery Chris has dedicated herself to helping others.

At the heart of what we provide is our powerful, ground breaking and effective holistic 8-week C.L.E.A.N.E.R.™ Living Therapy programme that will empower you to live your life differently. This is currently the only trauma-informed programme of its kind in the UK based on mindset, nutrition, fitness and stress management, developed specifically to meet the needs of survivors.

We rely on fund-raising and donations to provide this life-changing programme free of charge to our participants

SOB’s purpose is to restore adult victims/survivors of child abuse to full health & wellness so that they can lead a fulfilling and happy life.
