We’re pleased to confirm that our next Breaking the Cycle 8-week group course will be running from 7 February.

This trauma-informed, psycho-educational programme supports adult survivors of childhood abuse and domestic violence in a safe, structured group setting.

Places are fully subsidised.
A returnable £25 deposit is required to secure a place and will be refunded after successful completion of the course.
