The C.L.E.A.N.E.R Living programme is an holistic programme incorporating mindset, lifestyle choices, hormones, posture, nutrition, exercise, relaxation & regeneration.

• Explains the problems / challenges we face as a victim / survivor of childhood abuse
• Explains the reasons why we feel the way we do as a victim / survivor of childhood abuse – scientific research / how the brain is affected / 5 F’s
• Discusses solutions & strategies & practical advice to deal with the challenges we face as a victim / survivor of childhood abuse
Workshops – these workshops can be run individually or as a series (course) and they build upon each other.
